1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by HolyPay, a DBA of Holymunity, Inc., in coordination with HolyPay Donation Foundation, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
2. Eligibility
Participation is limited to nonprofit organizations registered and operating in Los Angeles, California and approved by HolyPay.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on July 31, 2026.
4. How to Participate
Eligible organizations may access their unique HolyPay referral link within the HolyPay Organization Portal under the Marketing tab. Organizations may share this link with supporters, donors, volunteers, members, and community contacts.
5. Qualifying Registrations
Organizations will earn when qualifying new supporters register for HolyPay through their unique referral link during the promotion period.
A Qualifying Supporter Must:
a. Be a new HolyPay user registered on or after June 22, 2026;
b. Complete registration through the organization’s referral link; and
c. Meet HolyPay account eligibility requirements.
d. Completed registration includes verifying email, enter name and birth date, and verifying mobile phone for account security.
HolyPay reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise invalid registrations.
6. Promotional Rewards
Organizations may earn promotional rewards based on the number of qualifying supporter registrations received during the Promotion Period.
Rewards are awarded upon reaching the following cumulative registration milestones:

An organization that reaches all seven milestones and accumulates 300 qualifying supporter registrations during the Promotion Period will earn a total promotional reward of $5,000.
A Qualifying Supporter registration may only be counted once toward milestone rewards.
HolyPay reserves the right to verify all registrations before awarding promotional rewards.
7. HolyPay Donations
Routine donations generated through HolyPay transactions at participating businesses are separate from this promotion and do not count toward the $5,000 promotional reward limit. Organizations remain eligible to receive HolyPay donations in accordance with participating business contribution programs.
8. General Conditions
HolyPay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time and to verify eligibility, registrations, and transactions.
9. Final Decisions
All decisions regarding eligibility, qualifying registrations, rewards, and promotion administration are final and binding.
10. Promotional Distribution
Promotional rewards earned through this promotion will be calculated and verified following the end of the promotion period. Eligible organizations will receive payment of earned promotional rewards within forty five (45) days after the completion of the promotion period, subject to verification of qualifying registrations and transactions.
Promotional rewards will be paid by electronic transfer to the bank account connected to and maintained within the organization’s HolyPay Portal account. Participating organizations are responsible for ensuring that their banking information is accurate and up to date.
